Wedding season is in full swing and at AMM there is no slowing down. So far this year our award-winning team has styled a total of 120 weddings, and we have loved every minute of it. Here is a taste of what most of our weeks are like over wedding season, and some of the amazing wedding’s we get to travel to! During this particular week we styled seven weddings all across Scotland with a range of amazing suppliers and brides with all different styles and visions. From Skye, to Aberdeen, to Glasgow, we give you a run down of all of the fabulous weddings we styled in the space of seven days!

Our first wedding of the week beginning August 7th took place on Wednesday. Our gorgeous bride Ashley lives in Virginia, America but had travelled across the globe with her husband-to-be to have a picturesque Isle of Skye wedding at the Portree Hotel. We got to work with our friend Dylan Kitchener who was doing photography for Ashley’s big day along with Simply Flowers, a fabulous florist based in Skye. Our resident Skye hair and makeup stylist had an amazing time styling this wedding and we are so excited to see some of Dylan’s photos!

Moving on to the weekend we had a total of five weddings on Saturday! That’s a lot of false lashes and hairspray! We had the pleasure of working with Timeless White Wedding Planning on Carrie’s big day at Fasque Castle – with photography by Catching The Moments and flowers by Hays Flowers. This was a huge wedding and a very busy morning for our stylists Danni and Carol (and not forgetting assistant Jane!), and we loved every minute of it!

Moving South down into Fife, our stylists Amy and Kelly had that joy of styling our bride Cory and her bridal party for Cory’s wedding in Crail. A flower crown and a gorgeous rustic setting, what more could we wish for! Anna Urban was there to take photos and all of the florals were created by Vintage Gatherings. Fabulous suppliers for a fabulous bride!

To the other side of Scotland now for Joanne’s big day; Stevie was on hand to style the makeup for Joanne’s ceremony in Glasgow. Lenscurve Photography were there capturing all of the special moments, and Flowermug had created stunning florals for the occasion!

Also getting married in Glasgow on Saturday was our beautiful bride Michelle. Michelle had Neil Thomas Douglas there to take photos (they really are something else!) and the amazing Floral Menagerie provided beautiful florals for the wedding – we are obsessed! Any wedding featuring a German Shephard is a winner to us!

Our stunning bride Lucy was married at Inshriach House in Aviemore on Saturday too! With The Hendrys there to take some gorgeous photos and help capture the amazing memories for the happy couple. Lucy’s off-white, lace dress really was something of dreams!

The final wedding of the weekend took place on Sunday, styled by Jennifer and Holly. Rachel looked amazing for her wedding in Cottiers and the images captured by Number 94 Photography are simply beautiful. The florals were provided by Roots, Fruits & Flowers, a fabulous Glasgow-based florist – we definitely had bouquet envy!

We had the most amazing time styling all of our brides and feel so honoured to have been a part of so many stunning special occasions. Time to kick our feet up and relax with a glass of wine and a face mask; preparing for another busy week of weddings! We can’t wait to make some more amazing memories with all of you.
